The whole world is currently in a state of emergency. The spread of the coronavirus stirs up fears, drives people to panic purchases, or makes them supposedly stand above things: "This is just normal flu."

Either way: Our deepest fears are triggered.

In the following video, I explain the situation from a trauma therapy perspective and give you a few simple exercises on how to find stability again.
